Visiting the factory
The plant is in the Lin-gang Special Area, a short drive from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG). Tell us your dates and we will arrange transport, a shop-floor tour and witness testing of your units.

How quickly will I receive a reply?
Usually within one working day (UTC+8). WhatsApp messages are answered within 24 hours, including weekends for urgent tenders.
Which payment terms and Incoterms do you accept?
T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight are standard; EXW, FOB Shanghai, CIF and DAP terms are quoted on request.
Do you supply drawings and documentation before I order?
Yes. A technical proposal with outline drawings, guaranteed losses and a test plan accompanies every quotation; approval drawings follow order confirmation.
Can Millenium handle export packing and shipping?
Yes. Equipment is shrink-wrapped, palletised or packed in fumigation-free wooden crates, and we arrange sea or air freight to your destination port with full shipping documents.
