Designed and tested to IEC / GB. Millenium production is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; the product family carries CE (ECM), UDEM attestation and an EAC declaration of conformity. Every unit passes routine factory tests before dispatch.
Built around a toroidal (wound-ring) coil, this single-phase oil-filled transformer mounts directly on utility poles and is offered in 15, 16, 25, 37.5 and 50 kVA ratings. It steps 7.2 kV down to 380/220 V (custom ratios available) inside a compact, fully sealed cylindrical tank designed for outdoor overhead service. Windings come in aluminium or copper, and the unit meets IEC and other international standards, making it a solid fit for residential, rural and light-commercial distribution.
A pair of high-voltage porcelain bushings sits atop the sealed steel tank, with low-voltage terminals mounted to the side and brackets that bolt straight onto a distribution pole. Because the tank is fully sealed and oil-filled, the windings stay shielded from moisture while the oil handles cooling duty — the combination that keeps this transformer running dependably with little upkeep.
Suited to overhead distribution circuits serving residential subdivisions, rural electrification projects, farms, street lighting and light-commercial connections that need a single-phase pole-mounted step-down.
Rating, HV/LV voltage combination, winding metal, bushing style and pole-mounting hardware can all be adapted to match local grid codes such as ANSI or IEC.
The rated capacity is 15 / 16 / 25 / 37.5 / 50 kVA, with an input voltage of 7.2 kV (or custom). Other ratings in the same series are quoted on request.
Slim, cylindrical single-phase housing purpose-built for overhead pole mounting; Hermetically sealed oil tank that keeps maintenance visits to a minimum outdoors; Toroidal winding geometry that helps hold losses down and voltage steady.
